By far this is the best Chinese carry out in Northern VA. I have at at 100's of places around the country and they rank in top 5. Flavors are just right, right amount of sauce and as Hot and Sour Soup enthusiast they are in tops. You cannot go wrong with this place. (there are other Hong Kong Express with different owners but they are similarly good.)

Best Place I know for Chinese carryout (they do have seating). Always tastes great. So many similar places just don't get the flavor or level of spiciness. I have a restaurant 5 minutes away but I drive 20 minutes to Hong Kong Express because the food is superior.

Love this place. Order all the time. The owner is very nice as well as his staff. The food is great and my whole family loves it. reciently tried the fried dumplings ( I am picky about my dumplings ) these were great! Often take family from out of town here. Would recommend.

I travel all across NOVA just for their salt and pepper shrimp. It’s perfectly fried with the skin on and tossed with jalapenos for a little kick. Served over broccoli and white rice.

The is the BEST Chinese food anywhere - don't even hesitate to try them out! We have been going for many years and have never been disappointed! The moment you walk in you get friendly customer service with a smile. The ordering process is easy, and you can even order online or in the Beyond Menu app for fast and super friendly home delivery. All of the items on their menu are outstanding. They are prepared fresh and with wonderful flavor. Their eggrolls and springrolls are outstanding - and pair terrifically with any of their soups - but our favorite is egg drop soup. We are fans of all of their entrees - but our faves are the hot crispy beef, cabbage delight, General Tso's, orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Plus, they will accommodate your tastes however you like. We have tried other places in the past - none come even a little bit close to the overall quality, flavor, value, and customer service from Hong Kong Express. Sorry, I ate everything before I grabbed a picture - maybe next time! :D

This is one of my favorite places to get some quick Chinese takeout in the area not because it is amazing the food is pretty standard Chinese takeout, but the staff is friendly, the serving size is good and price is reasonable. We've been getting take out from here since the pandemic started. The take out is always great and the service is always friendly.The fried dumplings and Singapore fried rice are delicious. My son loves the kung Pao tofu.

We've never been in to eat so can't say anything about the atmosphere but we order from here a lot and love the all the people and the food. I'm assuming that since all of the folks that deliver to us and the people we talk to on the phone when order are so nice, the atmosphere there must be nice as well.
